Your tour is confirmed once we receive your deposit. By securing your dates, you agree to the plan and terms listed in your confirmation. Our team manages all the details to ensure your experience matches your expectations.

Flexibility

Cancellations & Adjustments

We understand that plans can change. While we do our best to accommodate updates, cancellations or changes depend on the policies of our partner lodges and service providers. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your booking.

Final payment for your tour is needed before your arrival date to ensure all partner lodges and bookings are secured. We accept bank transfers and credit cards through secure, safe payment channels.
